You are a soul. Your body and mind are connected to your soul. You, as a soul, can guide your body and mind. Most of us are ignoring this guidance and knowingly doing what is relayed to us by our soul, such as smoking and harming our body, and thinking in ways like prejudices. Meditating is a very strong way of turning this around, but that increases the "signal" and awareness level and we still have to act on the information that now comes to us clearer. Doing what you know is right is the second best to meditation. Every time you respond to correct diet, correct speach, correct physical activity etc., you increase you being you as desired by your soul. Can you change one thing today?
