In living we get into many habits. Review your life for these. Those that you know help you be helpful, keep. Those that are neutral  ignore for now. Those that get in the way of you being,  becoming more full of, or expressing peace, health, hope, love, kindness, understanding or wisdom, work to quit or replace.  This may not prove easy. The blessings you will give to yourself will be worth it!
